Annotation
The publication is dedicated to research of Russia's
energy policy toward European Union. The work is estimating factors
of energy security and interdependences between Russia and Europe
in energy sphere. Big attention in study is devoted to the prospects
of investment policy of Russia and efforts to develop energy
potential of East Siberia and Arctic, the problem of the transit of
energy resources from Russia to Europe. In work are researched
instruments directed on realization of the energy potential of
Russia, its efficiency in the context of the Russia's efforts to
become the leading energy power of the world. |
