Annotation

Quality of a labour becomes a determinative of competitiveness of the companies and the Russian economy as a whole. Scientific and technical progress, necessity of constant innovations, an escalating competition make new high demands to quality of a labour, first of all it is readiness of the worker for process of continuous improvement of professional skill and development of new knowledge, specialities and trades. Among the factors which have rendered the greatest influence on quality of a labour, follows to allocate social and economic and demographic. Quality of a labour is the essential factor of formation of a positive image of Russia in the contemporary world.
