Annotation

The work explores new untraditional threats to European and global security in non-military sphere, which are playing a growing role in the system of challenges to security in XXI century. In the center of the research are analysis and appraisal of the problems facing in new conditions Russia as well as Eurounion, their actions aimed at neutralization and elimination of these challenges and threats, practical proposals. Particular attention is devoted to Rus­sia's role in enhancing security in untraditional spheres and in this connection to external world's perception of our country, to its ca­pability to solve domestic problems and to influence international processes. The present first part of the work, which consists of three parts, is devoted to economic aspects of the examined subjects.
