Annotation
For last decades strengthening of a competition is
noted actually all over the world. According to new thinking,
competitiveness is based on increase of productivity in use of
resources, including, first of all, human. Growth of productivity of
economy is impossible without formed, healthy, protected workers.
In work the condition and prospects of human development in region
of Europe as carrier of the intellectual capital, modern «know-how»
and universal introduction of information systems is analyzed.
Training (transfer of knowledge) plays a main role in competitive
